Q. Do I have to use your range before I come for a facial?
Not at all! The sooner we start working as a team, the better.
Q. Why do I need to cleanse my skin in the morning?
Cleansing your skin in the morning is important because it prepares it for the nourishment that you'll be feeding it through your morning skincare routine, that nourishment will also protect your skin from the harsh external stressors you encounter throughout the day.
Q. How often should I wax?
It really depends, usually, we recommend every 4 weeks due to the hair life cycle.
Q.What should I do if I am prone to ingrown hairs?
We recommend that you exfoliate the area 2 - 3 times per week until the hair comes through the skin. It's important to avoid picking as that will cause scarring. Make sure you're using the appropriate products to hydrate and exfoliate. Don't give up on waxing, keep it up and eventually it will sort itself out.

In an ideal world, we'd start looking after our skin the second we arrived on the earth, that's how we can really target issues that may occur later on in life. We always recommend salon treatments as soon as your teen is comfortable to be in a salon environment, that's usually at around age 13/14.
